Van Halen & Kenny Wayne Shepherd at Blossom Music Center

Epic news! The legendary hard rock band, Van Halen have revealed that they are back on tour this summer and will be coming to Blossom Music Center on Monday 3rd August 2015! With support from Kenny Wayne Shepherd. With the tour, comes a new live album, 'Tokyo Dome Live in Concert', a 20-track disc featuring countless Van Halen classics such as, "Running With The Devil", "Jump" and "Panama".
Fans all over the world have been waiting in anticipation for their dream to come true, to see Van Halen LIVE! The time has now arrived.

Van Halen refined heavy metal in the late 70's, incorporating upbeat pop music whilst still preserving it's hard rock power! Forming in California, the band consisted of guitarist, Eddie Van Halen, lead vocalist David Lee Roth, bassist Michael Anthony and drummer Alex Van Halen.
Their epic tracks, "Panama" and "I'll Wait", became international hits, reaching number 13 on the US charts and their debut album '1984' sold over 12 million copies in the US alone!
By the early 1980's, Van Halen had rocketed into stardom and are now regarded as one of the most successful rock acts of the time.

Support act, Kenny Wayne Shepherd is a blues rock, singer/songwriter, who stays true to his deep south roots. Kenny Wayne Shepherd and his band exploded onto the mainstream in the mid-'90s and building a huge following via commercial radio airplay. This was unheard of as Blues music rarely made an appearance on the radio!
His 2014 album 'Goin' Home', was a tribute record to his musical inspirations and icons, this featured collaborating with artists such as, Ringo Starr and Keb' Mo'.
